Hi,

When trying to open a PDF file attachment from google mail (have windows 7) it automatically tries to open it into a Word file, but then Word cannot recognize the script and doesn't open the document either. (this pc has Adobe 9)

However, when trying to open the PDF attachement on a pc using Windows XP, it automatically opens on Adobe 9.

Any solution to this? causing the whole office a headache!

My computer came with Windows7 Home Premium withn Acrobat Reader9, and I have had the same problem. You can download Acrobat Reader9.3. It works just fine with my operating system.
